I found out it's none of the above. It's someone who had been a troublemaker on CrackBerry mainly. The Network Mods are going to ban him (and his multiple accounts), and James is going to ban his IP address.

Beverly did an amazing job researching this one. It will be handled after the holidays are over.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention, though. It's not someone I knew from my days at CrackBerry, but he's caused a lot of trouble there, and he'd be bad news to have around here. This would not have been solved without your help by noticing him.

Slapped Superboy Micah with disruptive posting for his continuing provoking behavior in almost every thread he posts in, I'm tired of it.

I may be in the minority, but I like Micah. I have zero idea why he does what he does. At times, he SEEMS like he is trying to do better- complimenting the ATIV SE, and he had a couple threads he gave begrudging compliments to the M8W. But then he just loses control and feels like it is his moral obligation to stop anyone from buying anything but a Lumia. It is mystifying.

At times, he SEEMS like he is trying to do better- complimenting the ATIV SE, and he had a couple threads he gave begrudging compliments to the M8W. But then he just loses control and feels like it is his moral obligation to stop anyone from buying anything but a Lumia. It is mystifying.

At times he comes across like a Lumia salesman: Lumia good, everything else garbage.

Not sure this is disruptive, but Johnny Tremaine has had a recent trend of "Microsoft is horrid, WP is unsupported" posts like the one on page 3 of this one:

I did a little checking, and he seems to be an actual WP user, just very negative about the platform.

I think we should watch him, but he doesn't seem disruptive yet. He had two 1020s that got replaced due to hardware issues. Now he's using a 1520 I believe. Hopefully, he's just mad that he had such buggy devices (bad luck probably).

I've been lucky in that regard. The only bad device I had was a Nokia E71 that I returned during the then 30-day period, and then I got a BlackBerry 9000. I've never had to send any smartphone for warranty repairs/replacement.

You are lucky... have had a bunch of returns. My son had a string of bad devices (Atrix 2, a Sony, another one that slips my mind) that AT&T kept giving him other devices to replace them. Don't even get me started on our HTC Titan fiasco... 4 devices. Geez...

As for Johnny Tremaine, I am betting you are right. Just bears watching...
