This guy is no longer allowed to use the word Troll on this forum in any way shape or form. If you see him using the word Troll give him an infraction 2 infractions gets a 2 week ban. He has been warned multiple times this is where it stops.

inteller sometimes gets a bit hotheaded, especially in response to any poster whose carrier is one of the "Big 4", not a MVNO.

I had noticed his modus operandi in the public forums pretty much since I've been a member and way before I became a mod.

I actually read through this entire thread before I added him to the list, since I did not see his name.

LOL! Don't be sorry, it comes with the territory. You have to have a thick skin. You can't take anything personal. Maybe it's easier for me since I work construction, :smile:

When I was mod over at TreoCentral, There was a guy that send me 2 PM's that were so heavily censored with *** ****** ****** I had no idea what he said, so I just banned him after the 2nd one. :smile:

Also keep in mind that it's less than 1% of the members here that cause problems.

I never was a mod on Crackberry, but I was in a BBM group that included mods. I got cursed and wished death upon my family, not just myself, by an unstable person whose handle was MatrixLeader.

I actually helped the mods on Crackberry deal with MatrixLeader via the BBM group.

These guys will tell you I am the worst in the world about banning people. I think everyone will change if I spend enough time with them. Some people won't change it's hard decide at times what to do. Our primary goal is to keep people here. That said I believe that 1 person posting badly keep 10 good people from posting. In a case like this we have to look at a person post history and decided is this person making a positive contribution. I always start with a private message in private people will really let go sometimes. This guy has already crossed that line it sounds like. Keep in mind I support you guys what ever you decide.
