I was researching him last night. I did not complete my research. Keep an eye on him for me till I have more time. Stop him from crapping if you can.

That's one of the things that cought my eye. He was agreeing with another member who was crapping a thread so I started investigating his post. Then I seen something shinny and I got distracted. If he is steady crapping threads give him his well deserved infractions

Clearly frustrated... but he keeps copy pasting the message into threads... I've not yet warned or infracted him.

He did it again today. The same post in three different threads. I deleted two of them and gave him an infraction for disruptive posting on the third.

He is going off the rails. He's received 2 warnings from me (yeah, I'm a softie I know), however any future problems feel free to infract him. When I did the Disruptive Posting warning that should really have been an infraction but I didn't want to issue 50 points.

Yeah, that's kinda where I f'ed up... As Laura linked to, I gave two warnings rather than a warning and an infraction.

If he does, arbitrary disruptive posting infraction I think. Rip him out the door.

He sent me a PM before he got banned calling me a germ that needed to be cleansed. I decided to let that comment slide. Thanks for catching that thread. I did explain to him that his thread(s) were inflammatory but I don't think he's trying to hear that.

I have been emailing with the other team leaders about him he spends most of his time on AC. Kevin says he is tame over there. I will send him a PM today so he will see it when his ban is lifted.

I wonder how tame Kevin would think he is if he called one of his mods a germ that needs to be cleaned. That response is telling in itself. But we are supposed to be one big happy MN singing cumbaya.

Definitely the right call giving him the boot. I am still contemplating a PP ban. Its called for but it should be Laura's call.

Dave, let's see how he reacts when his ban is lifted. I'll let you know if he says I'm a germ that needs cleaned in PM. If he is civil and doesn't send nasty PMs, I would say give him another chance.
