Yah thanks for that. He got out of hand quickly you should read the PM he sent me. I was in bed reading the forum when I got to the post where I gave him the infraction. I stared at it for a long time my wife asked me what was up I told her about the guy. I told her he deserves an infraction but if I give it to him he is going to pop off. She asked what will he do I told her he will send me a souer PM he might even start a thread complaining about me...

Noticed he's been spamming his site link. Had to send a custom infraction for Self Promotion / Advertising for zero points. Apparently there's no warning for that. Will infraction if he keeps it up.

inteller seems to be going the route of reporting posts he considers flame bait since his last infraction. It's possible if he continues we might have to consider giving him an infraction for abuse of the reporting system if they really don't warrant reporting.

mrmdj31675 is really pushing an infraction. I brought him up a while back, and Daniel even gave him a warning about comments about the editor. Last week he was warned in a thread by me for a post. Today in a thread he took a shot at DR again, but called him nameless because it would be considered an attack. I again warned him that he has been warned and to take it up in pm or mail or next would be an infraction. Two posts later he does it again with the nameless shot.
What would be the better infraction? Trolling, disruptive posting or personal attacks/insult.
Also in the thread this is going on in, they do mention that the HTC8xt has not been reviewed or moved from upcoming and rumored devices since it's been out. We can't do anything about the reviews, but can we at least move it out of there and into the proper place to throw them a bone.

Without reading the thread I tell you for sure but from what you are saying I would go with disruptive posting because it covers both trolling and personal attacks. It sounds like his posts are a combination of both.
The HTC8X is for sale in stores or will be tomorrow? If not its still and upcoming device not yet for sale. Its not out yet right or did I miss the launch?

Lol. My bad, I should've mentioned it earlier. As a heads up for future reference, the Ativ S Neo on Sprint is rumored to be coming out Aug.16th. Gotta be careful with that, people will be wanting a ping me feature in the wpc app.

I took this one to the next step already this guy is just a troll not interested in being reformed so I did what I had to do. He is banned forever. I wish I new what user name he is using on Android Central so I could ban that name as well but I have not found a link yet.

He has posted AT&T screenshots (very likely they are photoshop) and he is located in India. I was going to call him out in the thread itself for impersonating someone that doesn't exist. Members seem to take his words for what he is saying about GDR2 and GDR3. I was going to PM him but thought I'll see what the team suggests. Also, he is worth keeping an eye on - may spread "good" FUD.
