Doesn't it say somewhere in signature editing panel that mods may change your signature - aren't we just allowed to walk in and shatter the place?

I have removed his signature and sent him a PM. If you see him trying to leach traffic again please give him an infraction.

http://forums.windowscentral.com/members/telepixels.htm - I am sure its not a bot but is indulged in self marketing - 3 posts on CB and 1 on WPC. I've removed WPC post, sent a PM saying any more such self promotions and I'll get him banned.

PB_H is another poster who seems to be going off the rails. He has even been sending insulting PMs lately, then he complains that other people are insulting him. However, I haven't seen anything people said to him that was offensive, yet he claims it's ok to cuss at other members and they're the ones being passive-aggressive. It looks like that's his problem, not theirs based on his posts and his PMs.

I just received the following pm from him for giving him an infraction for telling someone to go f themselves. Trying to figure out what to give another for, personal attacks/insults or abuse of a mod.

Then **** this place, what you want isn't harmony what you want is a no discussion and a place where ideas and discourse even if it doesn't involve salty language. He post a thread saying that phone was sexy, I said it reminded me of a clown phone etc. If I post something what world would I be from if I thought that everyone should agree with me, or you can leave now..
How pathetic you are and this " not forum" is. You want sheep you don't want discussion or discourse or disagreement This is not a forum then this was set up to stroke egos nothing more and intellectual be it in the form of sarcasm or fact is frowned upon
Those who " control" this forum should be ashamed of themselves for they ( you?) are intellectually bankrupt and without backbone. To move along or however you put it if one reads something that is idiotic is a how a coward runs a forum. Nobody has used inappropriate language against you in that thread.

Just because you may not have issues with the language does not mean that it is suitable for use on the forums. I would suggest that you check the Community Rules here.

As for other members, their communications and disciplinary information is private and cannot be disclosed. However, I can assure you that there is no discrimination or favoritism with any members, and all are treated fairly.

I hope that you do stay. If a certain member's posts bother you, I would suggest putting that member on "ignore".

We (all men and women in the world) cannot even agree on attractiveness of other people, much less attractiveness of inanimate objects. As the saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

It's probably best to just agree to disagree and accept that everyone has different likes and dislikes.

You received the infraction for bringing up f yourself several times trying to say it was implied when it wasn't. Not agreeing with anyone. And sending a pm with **** and other disparaging comments towards the staff and rules of the forum isn't helping you. Plus the fact that you are already known for and have been given infractions for this behavior.

Good job Laura sticking to your guns. It looks like he just got off the rails a bit. Lets keep working with him. It looks like he has gone back to posting in a civil manner. His posting patterns are a bit off though. Up till yesterday 2-3 posts per day max the last couple of days he has hit the 8-10 PPD mark. That seams odd to me. I am going to have to do some more checking.

Basically everything he posted in that thread was rude and insulting. I removed all the clown pictures. I found the whole conversation to be insulting. If this person contacts you again send him to me I will explain why his pictures were removed.

We've talked to Emi before after her last little melt down. She's usually pretty rude and overly aggressive. She's a bit of a drama queen so I've been trying to give her some slack but she pretty much destroys whatever thread she shows up in. I gave her an infraction and let her know that we've already talked to her before and her rude behavior won't be tolerated anymore.

That's fine. Again, it had nothing to do with the argument. You certainly have the right not to like the phone and express your opinion. It wasn't personal, it was just the response in the thread and the response to me in pm.

You have a every right to tell me not to send notes to members who insult me that have **** you written in it, I concur.

BTW that member... kinda agreed that he did indeed insult me and he apologized, why would he apologize ? it's not a mystery that's for sure

This compellation of stupidity is grounds for a ban. I came in here this morning to ban him for his PM commentary but after reading through his post history he is making some quality contributions to the forum. I am going to leave this up to Laura and Dave tell me what you would like me to do I am not against slamming the hammer on him for his indiscretions I believe he needs to be thought a lesson. He will post in a civil manner or he wont post on these forums. I need to be the one to ban him he will retaliate and/or complain to James so I need to be the one to execute the ban.

Second alternative we ignore him from here on until he jumps off the rails again. If he starts insulting people again you all can contact me and I will ban him at that time.

I'm good with waiting for him to jump the rails again. It's obvious from the pm's to Laura and myself that he doesn't respond well and will argue anything. In a way it would be too easy and unfair to engage him in pm and let him screw himself. If he holds true to form, he'll eventually mess up in the forums. And if he doesn't and continues to contribute without trouble, that's a rehab and a good deal.
