Nothing harmful there. Flashing Windows Phones is actually easier and safer than Androids because you can use Microsoft flashing tools. If only LG made WPs, their flashing tool is excellent and platform agnostic. I used the same tool on my Android G3 that I used on a WP7 Quantum from a few years ago.

Hey Guys

I noticed the member Khaagan was banned. This is incorrect.

The member anaheiim wanted to change his username, but since that involves quite an effort, and the anaheiim account had relatively few posts, I recommended that he create a new account after which I'd close the existing one. The member's new account is Khaagan, after which I closed/banned anaheiim.

I suspect I should have mentioned this somewhere. On the other hand, at least as far as I know, member's aren't to be banned based only on AE detection, and we're expected to contact them first so as to resolve the issue before dropping the ban hammer. So I think we might have been a bit too quick on this one.

Either way, I reversed the ban and infraction on Khaagan. Sorry for the confusion.

Yazen comes across as a pompous jerk! I do agree that if he gets out of line too much you can drop the good ol' hammer on him!

I also sent a Warning PM for violating the "not a business" clause of Marketplace Rules.

A front page article shows that item is for sale at Walmart for $80. He is selling for $120. The picture shows the unopened phone on his dashboard in the Walmart parking lot.

It would appear he went in to the store, paid their price and immediately took a picture of the phone with the intent of "flipping" it for 150% of the market value. It certainly violates the spirit of trust we want in Marketplace.

He is a bit caustic there... But a worthwhile discussion. I'd wait and see if his second salvo gets uglier or not.

I don't know if he had an 808 prior to the 1020. He might be interested in the camera above anything else.

I haven't seen him on AC.

I could see his posts being useful if he were to use various devices and do a camera comparison. That would be a good editorial topic, rather than a useless rant.
