Phone creates multiple image files

Hey there guys, I'm having huge issues with my phone. It creates duplicate image files (up to 4!) this happens regardless if the pic is taken with the camera, received from an app or saved from the browser. Is there a fix to this?

Hard reset.

Soft reset!!! If it doesn't work then you have to back up your stuff and do a hard reset

How do I do a hard reset?

Please do back up your stuff before performing a hard reset. It will get your phone back to factory settings and obviously your phone will be like new.
How to -
1) Switch off your phone
2) keep pressing the volume down button and connect your charger until it shows an exclamation mark.
3) press the buttons in this order....
Volume up
Volume down
Power
Volume down
Then keep your phone aside for some time it will reset and reboot voila! Your phone is as good as new

pressing and holding the volume down and power buttons until the phone vibrates, indicating a reboot.
