Phone freezes after CYAN

Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the phone freezing after CYAN update.
I get the blue "....." moving from left to right and the phone becomes unresponsive.
I have to hold power and volume down until it reboots.

I have not experienced this with 1020 and Cyan, or ever actually. I hope you get it figured out.

I decided last night to reset the phone without restoring the backup.
I really hope whatever it's causing the phone to get stuck gets fix by it.
I'll post tomorrow if it got stuck or not.

This also happens to me, hardreset couldn't fix.

Well... it seems to have worked for me without restoring the backup data (settings + apps).
I think I remember reading somewhere someone giving that suggestion.
About 48 hours and I've used it more than usual trying to get it to get stuck.
It was consistently unresponsive every day, so I'm guessing it's good now.

Somewhat similar issue, with BT and WIFI just stopping. Cannot control them, with the "....." just scrolling along the top, and then the phone might just reboot, after which WIFI and BT work fine (for a while).

Have been resetting and restoring from backups, and even sent to Nokia. Just got it back from Nokia and same problem. Tonight we are resetting and starting back from scratch...no backups.

And, YES, it does just FREEZE randomly (mostly overnight).

Mine freezes 1-2 times per week since the Cyan update. Very frustrating!

Everyone of those tickets, even on the Nokia forums, end up with no solutions whatsoever. This is the kind of attitude that makes people switch away from WP...

When i had my 1020 and updated to Cyan, i had tons of freezing, black screen and lag issues (returning to start screen from apps). Whats very weird is during the DP i was fine, aside from some lag and major battery drain, the official release had more major software issues.

I have had some freezing after cyan. What solved it for me is doing soft reset, and then power down normally right away and then turn back on. I haven't had it freeze since doing this.
