Phone memory is not refreshing?

Hello everyone,

today I wanted to check my phone memory usage but I found that except Pics (marked) everything has 0,0 while I definitely have games, messages or music on my phone.



I've tried rebooting twice but those values are not refreshing, why?

Are you running 8.1 or WP8? Have you tried using Storage Sense if you're on 8.1 or Storage Check if you're on WP8?

I'm running WP8, Storage Check indeed did display other values. I was not aware there is another way to check memory status, thanks for the tip!

Yet, again this did not refresh, however since I can use that should I just ignore it?

You should also clear the cache from Internet Explorer. Go into the app and go to Settings and Clear history. If you've never done this before, you will probably have a lot of storage restored to your phone.
