Phone mutes problem

Running .63 on 1520 and I have a Plantronics bluetooth headset. When I turn off my headset it mutes my Ringer & Notifications on my phone. When I check my Ringer & Notification volume it's at 10 but the top bar shows it's muted. I have to turn the volume down then back up then it's back to normal and the muted symbol goes away.

Anyone else having this problem?
