Phone not being recognized on windowsphone.com

I just hard reset my htc 8x, but after that I couldn't download apps from the market (c101a006 error). Also my phone isnt recognized on windowsphone.com so i cant download apps from there or use find my phone. I logged into my microsoft account on my phone and computer. Any ideas?

I am having issues connecting the store on a 920 right now, so thinking it is store issue not yours!

Under my account, when look up my purchase history, it gives me a page that looks like I am registering a new account, where's my stuff!?
