Last week, I 'upgraded' from my Nokia ICON - Verizon - with the 8.0 OS ... to the HTC One (M8) - Verizon - with the "8.1 Update 1" OS

With the ICON, if I pulled up the Call History, I would tap and hold any number (call), and there was an option to Block the number (or Delete), which is VERY hand because I get a lot of bogus calls.

However, on the HTC One (M8)... this option is no longer there. Instead there are three options:
details (new)
delete
add to speed dial (new)

Block is missing.

Why ?
Where did this feature go ?

That, unfortunately, was a Nokia specific feature. There are no apps, as far as I can tell, that replace that functionality.
Hopefully something will come in the future.

Truecaller doesn't give caller ID for incoming calls on non lumia devices either. Went from a 920 to an M8 and had the same problem

I know that this is kind of backward, buy this is what I do now...

I use quiet hours most of the time and have it set up to let through those people that I want to get calls from. The rest just go to voicemail.

Hoping someone is out there developing something that will work.

Truecaller is not working in my new Lumia icon. Only in my 1020.

Whoscall works on both but it has a smaller database

Looks like this feature will be included in Windows 10. I'm running the M8 with the current developer preview version of Windows 10 and that feature works.
