Photos disappear from phone book

[Windows Central Question]

I have Lumia 630 and 650 synced with same outlook email ID. The photos attached with the names in the phonebook have disappeared and are not visible in both the phones. The photos have also disappeared from the outlook account, when viewed the my laptop. Can i regain them?

As of now, it is not possible to get them back. This has happened because of the migration of Outlook.
