Physical buttons no longer work.

So I've been suffering through spinning gears for about the 5 months and I'm on the 4th go around with this problem.

Because of the constant power + volume down, my buttons don't work, at least this is my estimation.

Anyone else encountered this problem and have any suggestions?

When I got my L822 a year ago I needed to do the same restarting think constantly. I was worried at the time I would wear the buttons out to the point where they wouldn't function anymore. Thankfully after they sent the fix out earlier this year I really don't have that issue any more.
