Pic and vid saving issues with 10586.11

On my 1520 i used to be able to download pics by tapping the screen and saving the pic, vids asked me to open or save.
now i cant download either, i had save come up one time when i pressed a pic to save but i never could find it, and the save wont save anything on vids.
Anybody have the same problems ?

Same here, and I think it has been like this since 10581 (I jumped straight from 8.1 to 10581 so I don't know how it was in the earlier builds). I normally summon up Edge to view the photo or video there, and from there I can tap and hold to save the photo - haven't tried for videos yet.

Tap and hold on a picture will offer you
-Save picture as
-Share picture
---
-Select all
-Copy

Tap save picture as, and you should be able to save it to your device.
As for videos, IDK, since they'll probably load up in the Movies&TV app.
But if you click a link that offers to download a video, it should work.
