@Nick_1020: You reframed your Pictures with the "Nokia Camera" or the "Creative Studio" App, right? Because some of your Pictures have this erroneous black border on the left and right.
This Bug (which only happens on 4:3 Format) is still not fixed.

every piture shows hole of many size in image

It's hardware i think. When you look at the camera sensor under the bright light do you see anything unusual on the glass??
It can't be fixed with software i guess, return your phone to the store where you bought it and ask them to fix it or to give you brand new device.
