Pictures/Videos taken with your 920!

Did some Christmas shopping today down in Manhattan. Got the obligatory Times Square shot.

so uh.. as you can probably tell, i have been having a lot of fun with my Lumia 920... I haven't tested it out seriously yet on set of any photoshoots yet or any corporate events but i'm sure i'll have the chance to soon. I thought I had some more interesting low light stuff but i guess not. At least this stuff is good for a laugh :P

I just wanna say that ive seen some stunning pictures posted in this thread, so thanks for all the eye candy everyone :D

Just went fishing on the long weekend on the lake. This is the video i captured using Lumia 920. The winds were very strong...and the boat was going crazy...but managed to shoot this video. I think my L920 did a pretty decent job of removing the jitters using its OIS.

Beach panoramas just don't work! Sat there and watched with rage as my friend's iPhone 4 with ios 6 took the perfect pano, while my 900 and my husband's 920 both kept getting stuck on the second frame of the panorama and flailing about without finding a frame of reference.

Photosynth didn't work either. Any other apps/lenses that take good panoramas?

Impressive ... no other phone can produce such stable footage in those conditions.

Oh ya.. the panorama mode in iOS 6 is the best implementation on any platform by far. Especially at the beach where you have to worry about the horizon, you have moving water (waves).. its really tricky. It usually takes me 2-3 tries at the beach, but it does work.

It is sad that you can't take panoramas in portrait mode with Lumia 920. I would like to have my panoramas in higher resolution like in that iphone 5 shot. Hope they come out with improved version of that software.

Edit:
Actually that iphone 5 shot is also taken in landscape mode. my bad... still i would like to have that 3552 pixel height resolution.

Hello all!

My first post here. Got my red 920 last thursday when it was released here in Finland. It?s my first Windows phone and I must say it has been really a joy to use (coming from N8). I haven?t got a single problem with it, works like a charm. So one really happy camper here...

Couple of close-ups I took today, I?m really satisfied how the cam performs in close-up mode (photos resized and sharpened in Photoshop)

I was inspired by the Nokia how-to blog posts and tried some macro work. This is Ranger. View the larger image to really get a feel for the details of every whisker.
