'Play To' function removed?

Im new to the technical preview and i am trying to play an .mkv file from a metro app to my xbox one. Before I would swipe the charm bar > devices > play to xbox one.

i cant seem to find an option like that on preview. Anyone have any insight?

I think I already saw this, try the action center.

Media connect doesn't (yet?) have Play To support. It's only (currently?) for Bluetooth and Miracast devices.
