Pictures look fine, are you keeping your hand steady (I know I know, need to be sure haha)? Could not view them on the app for some reason..

Anyhow it does not look like your lens is dirty. Your OIS mechanism may be damaged. AFAIK there used to be an OIS test made available in the Nokia Care Suite. If it has been removed you will need a tripod and a bit of creativity lol

EDIT: If you have massive video bobbling while walking your OIS is probably damaged. You can also try applying shock to the base of a tripod mounting your phone.

When I got a replacement Nokia Icon after I broke the first one I quickly set it up to get it ready for use and shoved it into my otterbox etc.

I noticed over the next day that the photos were not so good and especially if I turned on the flash.
I thought I got a defect and was about to return it.

I pulled the otterbox case off and saw the problem.
I didn't remove the silly clear protective plastic!
The clear plastic was on smoothly and hardly noticeable.

That was a FACEPALM moment. Especially since I'm a techie and have had tons of phones, etc.
