Please help with Mic problem after 8.1 update.

after I updated my Lumia920 to windows phone 8.1 preview, it was so cool and every thing were great.
i could use cortana well and recorded voices well.
after that, Mic start to no responding.
i can't use voice with cortana or any other apps with the mic.
even when i use the camera to record a video i recorded without the voice.
this is really ridiculous.
if any one knows something please help.

Have you tried a reset?

yes i did reset and still the same.
this problem makes the phone so useless ><

try to back up your data then hard reset, if that does not help, it could likely be a hardware malfunction.
