Please hep me!! My lumia 520 cannot close an application in windows 8.1

I don't know how to close this application... i can't scroll down after active the application... can you tell me how to turn off because i cannot using my phone normally.. when i punch something, it will say what i punch... please help

that i know...i dont know waht is this application... i open active it in setting.. now i cannot do anything... it will say what i punch.. example: when i push wifi, it will say wifi bla bla bla
