Plz help me: black screen/freezing on Lumia 820

Am user of lumia 820.my phone screen becomes unresponsive it turns black nd it freezes when I connect to internet.For other function without 3g or 2g or WiFi it s screen does not dim.Am on wp 8.1.What could be the reason any idea.plz help me

Have you rebooted? That's the first thing you should try.

Ya I rebooted I have tried all the updates like denim nd even windows phone 10 technical preview.No use the moment I connect to internet using 2g 3g or WiFi phone freezes at lock screen nd it turns black.I do not know whether it is hardware issue .Plz give your insights.My phone is out of warranty.

Adding to that I tried even hard reset.No use my SD card slot is also broken.Now am having a paper weight.plz help me.

Bad antenna???

Definitely sound like a hardware issue... Something failed in the internals. There is no "magic fix" that can be offered. Seek qualified repair.

Hey thanks oh will bad antenna cause phone to freeze when connected to 3g .For this problem I have to replace mother board?.Phone does all the issue are when I connect to 3g or 2g screen freezes.And I want to know is this is a bug

I'm just guessing... Could be antenna, could be something different.

If you did a Hard Reset and that did not fix it, it most likely is hardware. What bit of hardware I can't say. That's why I suggest trying a repair shop.
