I have recently updated Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM Phone's OS to 10.0.10586.107. Post upgrade the Phone's both front and back cameras have stopped working. It shows a green screen.

Hi, there are a couple of things to consider here.
10586.107 is a very old version of Windows 10 mobile, so I would update it to the latest Redstone build (official).
This may or may not fix the issue with your camera.
If it doesn't I would then look to do a hard reset.
It's also worth checking the store for updates for the camera.
