The clock is TimeMe Tile and the calendar is Chronos Calendar. The weather app is an app that I was beta testing. Still unsure if the dev is going to release it, but when he does I'll update this post.

Sorry buddy, you weren't that clear, my bad
Anyway, about the icons (folders) that's with every 8.1.1 update of WP. But about that section dividing (info, folder, etc) There are apps for that but i can't really think of their names to tell you. Search something with a key words Start & Screen in it, you might run to those apps. maybe he will tell you the app he used.

The clock ist TimeMe Tile and for appointments I use the Simple Calendar LiveTile. The white icons in the corners are shortcuts made with System Tiles. Furthermore I use HeaderTiles and the native LiveFolders (WP8.1.1).

It gets clearer with white background.
