You don't. I put them together using Windows Paint. Not too hard to do.
You may notice the time appears in some strange places in my image, that's where I've stitched the images together (yeah I was a bit lazy).

it's "tile world clock" by thunder, you'll need a developer unlock for it, the advantage is that it updates every minute.

Which app allowed you to create "HOME" and "SHORTCUT" tiles? thx :smile:

I use Wiztiles, With one of the themes that is downloadable from the app.

Well, for the headers I used groupy. For the clock, I took the .xap from here: [App] Tile World Clock, Now Supports Wide Tile, more customizations available - xda-developers
and just deployed it. For this, you have to be a registered developer (either pay 99$/year, or make a dreamspark account(students))
the background is a little mod of this: Square Clock Icon (PSD) | bijusubhash.com

The clock app is really awesome, it can update every minute since it's not from the market place

My homescreen changes all the time. This is my favorite setup most of the time.
