You just swipe down. I have my tiles in Clusters and labeled with text.
Top screen is Social, with me-tile, contacts, groups, email, Messages, mail and Phone.
Below that is Media with subgroups Photo, music and video.
Then lastly Apps, where i have games, nav, timers, settings, etc.

Takes three screen lenghts for 44 tiles, not including the ones with just artwork and groupheaders (social, media, Photo, music, video and apps).

Not hard at all if you organize it well.

I have it the same way, just 1-3 screens. Not to many apps, just takes a lot of time scrolling. Keeping it clean.

I just want to confirm, this is your main screen so you scroll down way to the bottom when you want to access, lets say, Maps. Right? Is there a quick way to jump between screens? Or is it just learn the location of each app and that's how you can navigate quickly? I have maximum 2 screen lengths (usually less) on mine at any given time. I'm just wondering if there is something I don't know how to do. Otherwise it would take me forever to get around on a layout like that.

I like the color scheme btw.

its a shame there is no app to save your layouts on the fly, then it would be easy to change quickly.

That's my current layout. I like the me tile to be 2x2 sized (top right). The Weather App is called Amazing Weather HD. The rest is pretty basic. My contacts are at the top left and a group of my best friends in the bottom right corner.

I change my theme color constantly between crimson, emerald and cobalt. Still not sure about the Microsoft weather. Deciding between that and Sky Motion as my middle tile. So at the moment I have 3 weather apps.

Its called AppoinTile, its a very nice replacement for the stock calendar tile.
