Problem in setting smart dual sim setting

I am unable to activate smart dual sim feature on my lumia 730. Whenever i am trying to make it set, an error is showing that is: the call forwarding is NOT SET. after this, i checked the sim setting where the call forwarding for busy , and for not reachable were checked which i think is correct. So please tell me what is the solution for this problem. I am attaching the screenshots showing the Problem.View attachment 86557
