Problem Synchronizing contacts

hi all,
i have a Problem Synchronizing "people" contacts, originally i had just googlemail set up as sync contacts but when i added my 2nd email hotmail account i have lost my main googlemail contacts (which i need most)
I went to settings-email+accounts-selected microsoft account and removed the tick though the hotmail contacts still appear, how can i remove them and have just googlemail contacts?

go to email+settings and click on your Gmail account , check whether contacts is ticked or not , further try to sync it once again by long pressing on the account name
lastly go to people hub , tap on 3dots->settings->filter my contact list->tick Gmail and un-tick Hotmail if you don't want . , tap on the done button to save changes .
