Windows Central Question

Since installing the latest Windows 10 update I keep getting a message every time I boot up. It opens a web browser with the url res://aaResources.dll/104 and says "cannot find this page". On booting up just now, it actually displayed that browser three times.
Also since that update, when I connect my phone or tablet in order to transfer files, it doesn't recognise them in windows explorer so cannot do a transfer.
I have tried a system restore from two different restore points and on both occasions I get the message "system restore failed while restoring the directory from the restore point. Source Appxstaging, unspecified error occurred.
Any ideas please?

Hi,
I was confused as to why my system was doing that and found out it was Amazon Assistant.
The aaresource dll is for the Amazon Assistant for internet explorer 11.
I have uninstalled the Amazon Assistant through:
>Control Panel
>All Control Panel Items
>Programs and Features

Once successfully uninstalled please restart your computer and see if it resolves the issue.

Thanks:
Shaq
