Problem with music drop

Been trying to use this app tonight and was working fine earlier now it seems the url changed to 169 254 124 199 19123 i tried inputting it but google sais it cant find the url...anyone else having this problem?

I keep getting this but I am connected to Wifi. I tried turning it off and on and nothing.
