Problem with nokia lumia 520

Hello. I have a problem with my phone. I just can't do anything with it. I can't click anywhere. When I click on something, appears like yellow frame around it and some kind of speaker starts speaking. And phone doesnt react when i click on somehing. HELP! PLEASE!

Hi Guys,

I also have some weird problem. When I access my SMS messages, it shows - SIGNED IN ( INVISIBLE), on top of screen briefly. Where do I signed to, and why it says invisible? I did not set up anything new.

it means ur signed into facebook but ur friends cant see ur onl9...u can change that so ur friend s can see u onl9
