Problems updating applications after updating my Lumia 950XL,,,tried to update foundbite, got this

I updated to OS build 10.0.10586.218 on my Lumia 950XL dual sim,,,and tried to update my Foundbite application, got this error message: 0x80070006.

Some mentions of an SD card needing a disk check causing this.

Perhaps shut your phone down and check the SD card in a PC for errors.

If you have it set to save apps to SD card, try changing it to save to phone storage and then move it after download
