[Que] Find my phone

Hi guys,
I have some questions about option ''Find my phone'' on windowsphone.com. Sometimes when I want to find my phone, the system find it without problems, but sometimes I must to give my phone number (even if already registered), and I agree that Microsoft sends SMS messages. I do it all and nothing happens. I try it again and again I find the same show. It's that bug or what?

NO idea apart from removing the Phone from the site and do hard reset
