Question about Chevron wp7 unlocker.

I am dying for the ability to screenshot. Does unlocking pose any risks? If I break my phone, can I still file an insurance claim and everything? Am I able to re-lock it?

As you can see, I am new at this. thanks for the info!

I've never heard of unlocking causing problems for anyone. It doesn't void your warranty or anything like that. Doing a hard reset will re-lock the phone, but honestly I can't think of a reason why you'd want to do that.
