Next update will include following features:

Auto kill music: If you have enabled quick settings in the app, music will be killed when you open the app and settings will be launched.

Splashscreen is removed.

Windows Phone 7 version will have ability to override music as in WP8 and will not require app restart in case of manual enable/disable.

Most important: You can enable/disable the settings you want on the volume bar. This will need an app restart though.

Was supposed to come yesterday. Unfortunately certification failed due to an error which MS did not catch for the first time. They rejected it after ONE WEEK! So the update needs to wait for atleast another week

You now have the ability to choose what settings you want on the volume bar. Also music will be auto-killed if you have enabled settings and open the app. No need of a silly restart.
