Hi,

for last day or so. Signals on my HTC 8X suddenly drops & starts giving me "No Service" message. This happens on Cellular service only. While wifi works perfectly fine. I guess it might have started happening after I upgraded it. Right now latest Firmware: 3030.0.41201.162.

Help needed

I'm having this too on my 920 even before gdr3 update. The "no service" only lasts for a few seconds 3-4sec.

Hey

I also has this issue when I went roaming overseas and picked up a SIM card for that country. Long story short I went into 5 different shops with this issue, and they all did something, but the issue was reccuring. I found the solution was to set Max Connection Speed to 3G and make sure your internet APN is set right. This fixed it for me.

I guess it came with the latest nokia access point update

No service problems are due to the radio software and not the firmware..It is the radio that receives signals .. What is your radio software version. ?

Radio software version 1.20b.32.19.04_15.67b.32.19

You are running a newer radio software than me , probably a problem with the newer radio

I have absolutely no issues with radio software version 1.17b.32.19.14_15.62b.32.19...

In case of an APN problem, run the connection setup app by HTC , that will fix all APN related issues
