Rear camera and IR not working (Surface Book)

Hi all,
Since I bought my SB, the rear camera is not working. In the device manager I see a yellow exclamation mark next to both "Microsoft Camera Rear" and "Microsoft IR Camera Front". When I double click any of the two it reads: "The device cannot start (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE".
Obviously, Hello isn't working. The front camera is fine, though. I have installed all updates - plus the latest System Hardware Update - ‎02/‎12/‎2015.
Any ideas? Anyone with the same problem?

You could try going through Device Manager and deleting the device and then scan for hardware changes. That's helped me a couple of times (like when the touch pad stopped working).
 
Just wondering what happened to your issue. Did you manage to fix it or was it a hardware fault?

I've got EXACTLY the same issue develop on my Surface Pro 4 after a month of ownership.

Don't worry, just find out IR camera and ** Hello ** in device manager and roll back it then restar your machine. Worked on my SP4.
