Refresh Surface RT

Hello,

I had to recently refresh my SurfaceRT device. When the process ended, I noticed that the device was back onto Windows 8.0 etc. So I have a couple of questions:

* How do I update the OS to 8.1?
* Is there a way I can create an 8.1 repair/refresh image to use in the future?
