Registry Location for Default APN

Hi There

I would like to change the default APN on my 950 using Interop. When tethering my phone to my surface, my 950 automatically switches to the default APN and causes me to use my carrier's data which works out to be quite dear. Please can anyone assist with the registry location of the default APN. Thanks!
