RemoteLink (Onstar) problem

I have a problem where the remote section of the app is stuck on the remote start command. It says "In progress..." for at least 3 days now. I've driven my car several times since this occurred (and the day I sent the command the car never remotely started). I actually have used remote start a couple of times successfully, but now I can't since its stuck. In spite of this, I can still use the other components of the app such as how far I can go on both battery and gas power as well as tire pressure. That all updates correctly.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I had the same issue, but with navigation. I tried logging out and in, and it still said in progress. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and now it all works fine.
