Remove pending phone update?

So I accidentally clicked UK English instead of US, and it started to download that. Thought I cancelled the download, but obviously not.

Apparently language support is installed as a phone update, and I really can't be bothered with that. Especially for a language I don't use.
Is there any way to cancel the update, or do I have to install it and then remove it?

Try a soft reset. Press and hold the power+volume down buttons until you feel the phone buzz (about 20 seconds). When you feel the buzz, let go and the phone will restart. Hopefully that will cancel the download.
