replacement Digitizer rev 1.3 does not work

I broke lumia 620 digitizer, it is rev 3 (original digitizer). I got one from ebay rev 1.3 (as I dont know about rev at that time and the seller does not write anything about that).
Anyhow I tried to install the new digitizer rev 1.3 but it does not work at all. I tried to downgrade my firmware using the original firmware for my product code 059R650 (written on my phone) but still nothing happens.

My question is, can I use older firmware for different product code?

Just for the record I tried another firmware for different product code with lower software version and the digitizer does not work.
