Replacement for battery cover?

Hey,
The back of my Ativ S just splintered. Not too bad, but I would like to replace it. On Amazon here in Germany it's 13? though. Has anyone a hint, where I might be able to get a cheaper one?

PS: On a side note my phone is getting slow. Is it worth to reflash?

13€ is ok from my point of view.
I replaced the full rear-housing of my Ativ S and the lowest price i found for the back cover was 10€ (add 5€ for the shipping fees).
Note that the back cover available for 4-5€ on alibaba are fake ones.
No need to reflash. A reboot is a good start. If it's still slow, try a hard reset.

depends on the quality,
some of them dont have the SAMSUNG logo on it
others are too big or small on the edge and dont fit tight

For the battery cover, I don't think this will be a problem (just check the clips position).
For the rear housing, it is usually one because the rear housing of your phone is its antenna. And the first one i ordered was missing connectors.
Then I ordered an official one. ^^
