Reset Issues.

[Windows Central Question]

I reset my computer after updating to windows 10 and it says on screen "Your Pc has been reset, but we couldn't remove all your personal files. If you plan to give away or recycle this pc, try resetting it again." On that same screen just to the right of that there is a small box that says "Got it!" which brings you to the next screen. This particular screen won't allow me to click or type anything despite my mouse and keyboard working and lighting up normally. How do I get around this?
