Resize pictures (e.g. 960 width)

I cant find any app for windows phone 8 - and 925 - there is controlled resizing a image to 720 or 960 - to fit facebook for example...
Only cropping I can se, but not same...

Try nokia camera and shoot some images you will be able to resize them or use creative studio

Well, I cant see any option to resize in Nokia apps. I even download another apps, but always only fixing the picture which is rather
difficult...when problem to see what happen ....
I saw some app called Shrink or something... but looks not find it in the store...

The description mentions making Facebook cover and profile frames. I don't use Facebook, so I can't verify this, but this app should work.

Edit: in the app, if you select 'collage' > 1 photo > tap the + to select a picture.
Then tap 'design' > stretch > Facebook. That crops it to the Facebook cover photo size. You can shift and resize the photo within the frame.
