Restore in-app purchases

Does anyone know how to restore in-app purchases now I have upgraded to WP8.1? One example that's been bugging me is that I've already paid to remove ads from 6snap but now they've come back with only an option to pay for it again.

I am fairly certain when you hit the option to purchase it again it will unlock your IAP. Remember there is a confirmation purchase screen before any transaction takes place so you can always cancel it before.
