Revert volume slider to Windows 8.0 style?

Hi,
The option to independently control volumes is a nice feature in 8.1, but most of the time I would prefer to use the old 8.0 style single volume slider. It allowed me to quickly change between vibra/silent and full volume just by holding volume up/down. Quicker and simpler IMO than the multiple steps to do the same in 8.1.

Is there any way to revert the volume slider behavior of W8.1 back to the way it was in W8.0? Thanks.

No, find an 8.0 rom (if there are any) and flash it then don't update.

I'm on 8.1 and all I have to do is hold the volume down button and the phone will go into vibrate only. I never muck with the drop down unless I have to.

Not intended as a slap to the OP, but it's interesting to see someone who wants the 8.0 volume controls when SO MANY were complaining about the lack of independent controls. . .

Just sayin'. . .
