This has been a big problem for a lot of people. It is a buggy update.
First, check and make sure you have enough hard drive space on your tablet. If that's not the issue, then you're likely running into some of the same issues that all these people (including myself) are having:
KB2919355 Fails (Error 800f092 and 80073712)
Follow that thread on Microsoft Answers and wait for official solutions from Microsoft. They are aware of the issues and trying to figure it out.
