Rudy Huyn's Windows Phone 8.1 Lockscreen

Am I the only one eagerly waiting for the official release of the certain program that will allow applications to take full control of the lockscreen in 8.1? As I see it, the possibilities from then for delivering content on the lockscreen will be endless, with animations and beautiful designs!
