Hate watching videos of MS employees demoing the features of WP 8.1 and seeing the features are those that are already experienced by those watching the demonstration. So TBH at this point why exactly is MS taking so long to release the update to everyone using a WP8 device, then again the carriers are "testing". What are they "testing" exactly?? Aren't these same wp8.1 features found on all IPhones and Android devices? Features that gives us notification centre, background pics, Cortana (Siri & Google Now). Yeah right these carriers show be glad that they can make more $$ from devices other than IOS and Android devices, so why wait so long? Just hate watching these YT vids seeing reps show off 2+ yr old features and act as if they're revolutionary.

Its taking way too long for them to release anything now. If they want a top contending os, then they should release things at top contending speeds
